In accordance with the University Grants Commission (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Education Institutions) Regulations, 2015, Don Bosco College formed the Internal Compliance Committee (ICC). It is made up of the Principal, the Deans of Boys and Girls, two senior employees who are dedicated to the cause of women, and an individual who has been recommended by the Executive Authority and is knowledgeable about the issues surrounding sexual harassment.

Don Bosco College's Internal Compliance Committee handles complaints of sexual harassment against students or staff and offers a dispute resolution procedure. It supports women's emancipation and does not tolerate any form of sexual harassment. ICC works hard to ensure that all students, both teaching and non-teaching, is in a safe atmosphere.
